Our new workshops which were completed in March 2012 after a fire destroyed their Keiller Estate building, now residing in West Pitkerro Industrial Estate in the east end of Dundee. The new workshops have allowed the company to expand introducing DC Lighting Maintenance UK LTD to their portfolio.
The new offices and workshops complete with in house training facility have allowed the company to improve quality and service to existing and new customers.
Every installation conforms to rigorous BS 7671 standards. The company's success can be attributed to a skilled workforce, effective management and a high level of service support underpinned by key trading relationships. None moreso than with market leaders Phillips Lighting.
At each stage of DC Lightings growth addtional resources and staff have been brought on board with the priority to gain accreditation to the NICEIC. This was achieved in 1996 but the company has continued to expand to support the needs of it's exisiting and new customers. This has enabled the company to flurish without losing its core competencies.
With specialist project abilities DC Lighting has known it's market is UK wide, from Aberdeen Airport Car Park to Worthing Pavilion Bowling Club in the south of England.
The client asked for a bespoke lighting design utilising LED white lights. Emphasis was on the contours of the house dwelling. As keen gardeners the client required contrasting light for different areas. Viewing from the main lounge the lighting provided a spectacular sight. The garden was split into sections for functionality. The remote controlled system allowed the client the flexibility to control all the areas of the garden with a touch of a button.
